A Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE) is similar to a Program Management Office or a development CoE in that it is an operation managing a program of QA deliverables; handling each assignment as if it were its own project with its own set of deliverables, and therefore a team with a chain of command to ensure quality of the Quality Assurance deliverables. Above all, it is established with the intent to deliver results and continuously improve for future benefit.
The concept is simple, where work emerges from our clients. The delivery scope is determined and agreed, then the TCoE manages the work and testing deliverables throughout the development process to completion. It is not just a single resource, it is an experienced team ready to serve when you need it!
