Josh Hoyt – CEO and Master QA
Mr. Hoyt is a 12 year consulting veteran working in various capacities for both large Big 5 consulting firms and boutique consultancies all around the world across several industries and solution needs. Throughout his broad experiences, his vision for a flexible and efficient QA services organization was born and the Webematics journey began. He realized that the key to delivering successful software applications was the ability for the QA team to facilitate success
In 2007, Webematics was born to enable clients to partner with an organization to immediately (and flexibly) obtain competent, efficient, and passionate QA resources. Mr. Hoyt holds several certifications from organization such as ISTQB and PMI and is also trained in IIST processes and Six Sigma. Josh’s focus is now to build a world-class QA outsourcing partner to serve clients of all shapes and sizes wherever and whatever.
Arun Nallaswami– COO and Master QA
Mr. Nallaswami is an experienced Business Analyst and QA Analyst with a strong background on Service Oriented Projects. With over 10 years of experience, Nallaswami has been involved in phases of projects with experience in Traditional, SCRUM and Agile Methodologies, where he was involved in customized application development and with Third Party Vendor products.
Mr. Nallaswami is a Certified Scrum Master and ITIL Certified. Through which he has helped organizations to cut down their delivery time.
Shan Ablak – EVP Resource Planning
Ms. Ablak is an experienced Project and Testing Resource Manager with a background focused on Change Management Delivery. With over 12 years of Big 5 consulting experience, Shan has been involved in all facets of an engagement from requirements definition to testing to end user training. The end-to-end experience Shan brings to engagement can help drive progress, accountability and high quality delivery across all phases of the testing process.
